4brioche or split-top hot dog buns
2tbspbuttermelted
fresh herbsparsley, chives, or dill for garnish
Instructions
Boil shrimp in lightly salted water for 2-3 minutes until pink. Alternatively, sauté in butter and garlic for extra flavor. Drain, let cool, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, mustard, and Old Bay seasoning. Add the chopped shrimp and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Toast the buns cut-side down for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Fill each toasted bun with a generous amount of the shrimp mixture. Garnish with fresh herbs and an extra squeeze of lemon juice. Serve immediately with fries, coleslaw, or a light salad!
