Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant coconut pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Fold in the sweetened shredded coconut and half of the whipped topping until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the filling.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
Before serving, garnish with toasted coconut flakes if desired. Slice and enjoy!
