Ingredients
  

Pie Crust

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust 9-inch

Filling

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 package instant coconut pudding mix 3.4 oz package
  • 1.5 cups cold milk

Topping

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 0.25 cup toasted coconut flakes optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant coconut pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Fold in the sweetened shredded coconut and half of the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Spread the remaining whipped topping over the filling.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Before serving, garnish with toasted coconut flakes if desired. Slice and enjoy!
